2.CRAB WALK (across 12m, about six steps to each side)
3.JUMPING AIR SQUAT (x15)
4.SPLIT SQUAT/LUNGE (x10 splits)
5.ASSISTED PISTOL SQUAT (x8 on each leg)
6.SIDE SQUAT (x12 to each side)
7.TIRE FLIPS - Bonus round (x12)
Do one set and move straight to the next exercise. Max rest between sets is 30 seconds.
